Ingredients

25g Tom Brown PLUS

150ml soya milk

¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

A pinch grated nutmeg

Half a pear

¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

*Mix 25g of Tom Brown PLUS with the soya milk in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely

*Add the vanilla essence and the nutmeg

*Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook the grains

*Continue stirring till desired thickness

*Remove from heat and transfer to bowl – top with the half pear and sprinkle the cinnamon
