Ingredients

25g Tom Brown PLUS

150ml tigernut milk

10g cashew

10g groundnut

10g tigernut

Cooking Instructions

*Mix 25g of Tom Brown PLUS with the tigernut milk in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely

*Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook the grains

*Continue stirring till desired thickness

*Remove from heat and transfer to glass – top with the cashew, groundnut and tigernut
