Lauretta is a Food Technologist, Hospitality Consultant and a senior lecturer in the Hospitality and Food Science department, Wavecrest School of hospitality, Surulere, Lagos. She is the assistant secretary of the Hospitality and Tourism association of Nigeria (HATMAN), a fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, UK and also an AFRICAN WOMEN IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (AWARD) fellow.

Lauretta is currently our food technologist consultant – she works closely with our research & development team and with the help of her students at the college, they create and plan innovative, simple, delicious and healthy new recipes that showcases our foods in various unique ways.
