Ingredients
- 25g Tom Brown PLUS
- 150ml tigernut milk
- 1 chopped banana?
- 10g tigernut
Cooking Instructions

Mix 25g of Tom Brown PLUS with the tigernut milk in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely

Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook the grains

Continue stirring till desired thickness

Remove from heat and transfer to glass –top with the chopped banana and tigernut
