    Ingredients

    • 25g Tom Brown PLUS
    • 150ml milk or water
    • ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
    • ¼ teaspoon grated garlic
    • 1 chopped banana
    • 1 chopped kiwi
    • 5 red grapes (cut in half)

    Directions

    Mix 25g of Tom Brown PLUS with the milk or water in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely

    Add the grated ginger and garlic

    Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook the grains

    Continue stirring till desired thickness

    Remove from heat and transfer to bowl – top with the chopped kiwi and red grapes
