Preparation:
Pancakes (Recipe gives 4 pancakes)
- Measure 150ml/half cup of mix.
- Add in 150ml/half cup of water/milk of choice.
- Add 7.5ml / 1/2 tbsp of oil of choice and whisk together until smooth.
- For thicker pancakes, add a little more mix. For thinner pancakes, add a little more water/milk.
- Spray or add little oil/butter to a non-stick skillet/pan and heat over medium heat (350⁰F).
- Pour about 1/4 cup smooth batter per pancake into the skillet/pan.
- Cook 1 or 2 minutes per side, turning once when top bubbles and bottoms are lightly browned.
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER
Waffles
- Heat waffle iron.
- Measure 150ml/half cup of mix.
- Add in 150ml/half cup of water/milk of choice.
- Add 7.5ml / 1/2 tbsp of oil of choice and whist together until smooth.
- Cook waffles in the hot waffles iron until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
