Banana, Tigernut and Honey Porridge

    Ingredients

    • 25g Tom Brown PLUS
    • 150ml tigernut milk
    • 1 chopped banana
    • 10g tigernut
    • 1 table spoon honey

    Cooking Instructions

    Mix 25g of Tom Brown PLUS with the tigernut milk in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely

    Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook the grains

    Continue stirring till desired thickness

    Remove from heat and transfer to glass –top with the chopped banana, tigernut and drizzle with honey
