Ingredients
- 25g Tom Brown PLUS
- 150ml milk or water
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- A pinch turmeric
- 10g coated groundnut
- 1 chopped apple
- 50ml yogurt
Cooking Instructions

Mix 25g of Tom Brown PLUS with the milk or water in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely

Add the garlic powder and turmeric

Stir over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook the grains

Continue stirring till desired thickness

Remove from heat and transfer to glass – pour the yogurt and top with the groundnut and apple
