Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (150ml) of Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup (150ml) of water or liquid milk
- ½ tablespoon (7.5ml) of oil of choice
- Cooking oil spray or butter

Measure 150ml/half cup of Pancake & Waffle mix.

Measure 150ml/half cup of mix.

Add in 150ml/half cup of water/milk of choice.

Add 7.5ml / 1/2 tbsp of oil of choice and whist together until smooth.

For thicker pancakes, add a little more mix. For thinner pancakes, add a little more water/milk.

Spray or add little oil/butter to a non-stick skillet/pan and heat over medium heat (350⁰F).

Pour about 1/4 cup smooth batter per pancake into the skillet/pan.

Cook 1 or 2 minutes per side, turning once when top bubbles and bottoms are lightly browned.
